Not sure you want to go 100% native? We also have deep knowledge of other dry garden plants from around the world, to complement the CA natives which form the foundation of your planting design.

- MWELO Plans: Need MWELO plans to submit for permitting? We complete MWELO plans to help you get approved. We have prepared and submitted MWELO plans that have passed in multiple cities and counties, including Walnut Creek, Menlo Park, Livermore and Napa.

We deliver plans for: Overall site design, paving/hardscape, irrigation, lighting, planting, fencing/gates, shade structures, construction details.
- How we design: We start with a homeowner's vision for how they want to enjoy their outdoor space. We then marry the client's vision to a our "3 E's" design approach: Eco-forward, Enviro-friendly and Economically smart. ©

About Gonzalo
Gonzalo Mannucci, PLA (CA License #7004) is a California licensed landscape architect. He has worked on designs for public spaces, wineries, large estates, and residences. His past residential clients span the SF Peninsula, Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa and Sonoma counties. He has experience in the complete design process: Site analysis, to conceptual design with 3D modeling, to construction documents that are ready-to-build. Gonzalo produces turn-key, end-to-end plans which include: Site layout, planting, irrigation, lighting, materials and construction details. He brings extensive design-build experience to his clients: Setting budgets, generating cost estimates, managing the bid process, hiring contractors, project oversight for installations, and material selection and sourcing. Gonzalo is passionate about locally sourced materials, smart water use and California native plants. Gonzalo has resided in the SF Bay Area for 26 years, becoming intimately familiar with the area's climate, unique topography, plant palettes, and the network of vendors and suppliers. For the past 3 years, he has made his home in sunny Concord.
